At Ever Naturale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange according to the following terms:

1. Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evernaturale.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@evernaturale.com.

4. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
